섭취방법

• 성인 및 12세 이상 어린이: 취침 시 1캡슐을 물 한 컵(8온스)과 함께 섭취하세요.

• 24시간 동안 1캡슐 이상을 섭취하지 마십시오.

• 빈번하거나 장기간 사용하면 의존성이 생길 수 있으므로 7일 이상 복용하지 마십시오.

• 권장 섭취량을 초과하지 마십시오.

• 장기간 사용하지 마십시오.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT

Recommendation:

• Adults and children age 12 years and over: take 1 capsule with a full glass of water (8 ounces) at bedtime.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
• Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period.
• Do not take more than 7 days as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.
• Do not exceed recommended dose.
• Not for long term use.

Other ingredients:

• Cellulose", plant-derived capsule (hypromellose)", silica.
• GLUTEN FREE. No salt", yeast-derived ingredients", wheat", corn", soy", dairy", or artificial colors", flavors", or preservatives.

Warning:
