Potato Gnocchi WITH SAGE BUTTER
6 tbsp. butter
1 (16-oz) pkg. DeLallo Potato Gnocchi
1/3 cup fresh sage leaves", torn 1/3 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Freshly ground black pepper

Melt butter in a large skillet over high heat. Cook", stirring", until butter develops a light golden color. Be careful not to burn. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile bring a large pot of salted gnocchi floats to the surface", cook for another 30 sec.
Return brown butter to medium-low heat. With a slotted spoon", scoop gnocchi from the pot into warm butter and toss. Add sage and 2-3 tbsp. of gnocchi cooking water. Remove from heat and add 1/2 of Parmesan cheese and ground black pepper. Top with remaining cheese.

Cooking Preparation:
1. Boil 5 quarts of water in a large pot. Add approximately 3 tablespoons salt.
2. Remove gnocchi from pouch and add to boiling water.
3. Boil for 3-4 minutes", stirring occasionally", until all the gnocchi float to the top.
4. Drain in a colander and serve with your favorite DeLallo sauce.
