TIPS:
• One package will dye 1 pound of dry fabric (i.e. 2 adult large t-shirts). To achieve a darker or more intense color", double dye quantity.
• For best results", add 1 cup of salt to dye bath for cotton", rayon", or linen. Add 1 cup of vinegar to dye bath for nylon", silk or wool.
• If dyeing to lighter or different color", use Rit® Color Remover before dyeing to lighten existing color in most fabrics.
• Use Rit® ColorStay Dye Fixative immediately after dyeing cotton", linen or rayon to maximize color retention.
