THIS SMALL BATCH of tea was handcrafted just for you by Steven Smith Teamaker. To fashion a true Lord Bergamot", one begins with a higher class of Ceylons and Assams than used in traditional Earl Grey formulas. To these we add the perfume of oils squeezed from thick-skinned bergamot", a citrus fruit grown on small family plots in southern Italy. It's a process similar to pressing olives. We know the Earl would be envious.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• For best flavor", bring freshly drawn filtered water to a boil.
