GREEN TEA WITH COCONUT", GINGER AND VANILLA
AN EXOTIC COMBINATION OF GREEN TEA", COCONUT", GINGER", VANILLA & LEMONGRASS MAKE UP THIS DELICIOUS", DISTINCTIVE TEA BLEND THAT IS SMOOTH AND SPICY.
Many of the blends used in our flavored green teas are what might be considered sweet", as in a dessert. So", Mike wanted to do a tea that was more savory. Being a big fan of Thailand", he decided to lean on the flavors found in many Thai dishes (at least in the States)", and that is what we have blended into the green tea: ginger for spice", lemongrass for some citrus flavors", and coconut for creaminess. It all comes together into a lovely tea. With our importation of coconut water", we get over to Bangkok at least once a year", and it is an amazing city. This confirms our opinion of choosing to honor the city and the cuisine of Thailand.
• Dry Leaves: Lighter colored lemongrass is visible amongst the green tea leaves of our Green Tea with Coconut", Ginger", and Vanilla.
• Liquor: Bright yellow with slightly brown hues.
• Aroma: The aroma of this tea is a tropical mélange", including ginger and vanilla.
• Flavors: Green Tea with Coconut", Ginger", and Vanilla has a mixture of coconut", lemongrass", ginger", and vanilla flavors.
• Caffeine Level: Caffeinated
• Body: Light-bodied

In 1660", the 17th-century diarist Samuel Pepys had his first ever 'Cup of Tee", a China drink'", then only introduced to Britain. Catherine of Braganza", Charles II's tea-drinking queen", made it fashionable. Queen Anne would often enjoy a cup of tea at Hampton Court Palace and the double wedding of Queen Charlotte's sons at Kew in 1818 was celebrated with a tea party. Until the abolition of import duties in 1784", tea was the expensive preserve of royalty and the rich. Despite its ubiquity in later times", tea is a truly historic", royal tipple.
